A week and a half ago, I had the pleasure of recording an episode of The Movie Jerks with J.P. Fornier and Shawn Gramiak where we spent a good long hour talking about comics, nerd culture and terrible movies. If you haven’t listened to their award winning podcast (Voted best Edmonton podcast two years in a row!), the premise is simple: each week, they have a guest, talk about movies and movie culture, and then tear into two movies of dubious quality. Because of my line of work, we all decided to watch the unreleased Fantastic Four movie from 1994 and the sadly released Captain America movie from 1990. Spoiler alert: they are both spectacularly awful, and only one of them is awful in an entertaining way. Which did we enjoy more? Check out the episode to find out.
